The Market Place (Blog #2)

On a very cold night, A man was walking across the street looking into a marketplace. The man walked in to find that only one person was working the cash register and there was only two people and him in the store. The man asked the cashier how long the market was opened and he responded, "We are open all night sir and all day we never close." The man knew something was out of the ordinary about this market, But he continued to look around to see what they have. There was a sign out front that said it was the markets grand opening, But even for being so late at night there should be more people at the market. The man walked up to one of the other shoppers and said " Hello what brought you to this store so late" the man asked curiously. The other shopper just ignored him and continued to walk the man noticed however that they were not shopping for anything just walking around with an empty cart. The man decided that it was about time to get going because he had to work in the morning, and the markets items seemed a bit low quality. As the man walked to the door the door would not slide open he tried to pull it open but that did not work either. The man walked over to the cashier and said the door wont open and that he really had to go now. The cashier turned to him and said "We are open all day and all night sir we never close." The man explained that he did not have a question about the store closing he just wanted to go home. The cashier turned away and said " This will be your new home those who enter this market can never leave." The man slowly backed away from the cashier and ran towards the door again and with all his strength managed to pull the door open. As the man ran from the market he heard the cashier on the intercom saying "We have someone that is trying to leave the market that poor man." Later that night the police appeared at the old mans apartment and found the man dead by a gun shot. The neighbor explained that she didn't hear any break ins or gun shots she went to drop off a pie that she made for him seeing as how he just moved in. As the police left the neighbor looked at a newspaper on the floor that read "Come to the new market we are open all day and all night we never close, you will never want to leave".

Welcome to my blog! This blog will have stories from paranormal actions to horror's which are my favorite to read. My goal of this is to tell stories like no other stories that were told before. I want to write the kind of stories that you cant stop reading that makes you jump out of your seat. I hope that by the end of creative writing that I will have a collection of stories.
